2. Product Submissions

When submitting a product, you agree that you have the rights to the content and that the information provided is accurate.

3. Refund Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy page for details on listing fee refunds.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is the property of EverFeatured or its content suppliers.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site.

6. Quality-First Curation & Content Removal

While EverFeatured primarily serves as a platform for product owners to submit their work, our team also hand-picks extraordinary products from the internet that meet our high standards for innovation, design, and functionality. We write original articles to highlight these quality tools. If you are a product owner of a curated listing and wish to have your product removed from our directory, please contact us at contact@everfeatured.com, and we will honor your request immediately.

7. Product Owner Representation

The term "Product Owner" as used on this website refers solely to the individual who submitted the product listing. It does not necessarily represent the founder, CEO, or legal head of the product or company.

8. Sponsored Product Listings — Lifetime Benefits

Products that upgrade to a Sponsored listing on EverFeatured will enjoy all associated Sponsored benefits for the entire lifetime of the platform — with no recurring charges or renewals required. This includes:

• Permanent placement on the Sponsored Products page — your product will remain listed on the dedicated /sponsored-products page indefinitely, accompanied by a permanent do-follow link pointing to your product's domain.
• Homepage visibility (latest 3) — the homepage features the 3 most recently sponsored products. As new Sponsored partners join, older listings may rotate out of the homepage spotlight, but your permanent placement on the Sponsored Products page and do-follow link are unaffected.
• All other perks tied to the Sponsored tier at the time of purchase.

9. Response Time & Homepage Ranking

EverFeatured is a product directory built for long-term growth. Achieving that growth requires active collaboration between us and product owners at multiple stages — from onboarding and article writing to review and feedback cycles. To keep this process efficient and fair for everyone, the following policy applies:

• First-Come, First-Served (FCFS) submission order — our team processes submissions and publishes listings in the order they are received. We always strive to maintain this order.
• Late responses impact homepage rank — if a product owner fails to respond promptly at any required stage (e.g., providing information, approving content, completing onboarding steps), their listing's position on the homepage may be deprioritised. Products with faster response cycles will naturally maintain or improve their rank, while delayed responses may cause a product to rank lower as newer, responsive submissions are processed and published.
• This does not affect core listing quality — response time affects homepage ordering only. It does not impact the quality of writing, presentation, or any other service we deliver for your listing. Our commitment to producing high-quality content remains unchanged regardless of ranking position.

This policy exists solely to keep the collaboration between EverFeatured and product owners efficient, transparent, and fair to all parties on the platform.

10. Product Conduct & Removal Policy

This policy applies to all products listed on EverFeatured, regardless of tier or listing type. If any product is found to be engaging in activity that violates our community standards, is deemed harmful, misleading, illegal, or otherwise objectionable at the sole discretion of EverFeatured, it will be immediately removed from the platform without any prior notice to the product owner. In the case of paid listings, no refund will be issued. By submitting or listing a product on EverFeatured, the product owner explicitly acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
